About Y.E.S!
About Y.E.S!
Our initial pilot project was implemented at two
local high schools and serve
d over 100 students in
the 2007-2008 school year.  The pilot phase is in its
second year, and will continue for 3 years, with
additional students being admitted t
his fall for the
2008-2009 school year.
The University of
Arizona Department of
Educational
Psychology will be
simultaneously
overseeing the data
outcomes and provide
analysis of the program
and its effectiveness at
reducing the dropout
rate.
Currently, we are expanding Project First Job to
other high schools.  Our goal is to reach more
students who can directly benefit from our program.
